What kind of graphic design services do you provide? Our graphic design services are varied and comprehensive. We provide logo design, brochure design, illustrations, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, marketing, stationery – including business card, letterhead, envelope, mailing label, and presentation folder design, and any other printing your business may require. Prices depend on many variants but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high-quality, uncompromised work. You won't find that with some of our competitors. What is the client's involvement in the design process? We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in to the project any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats. How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process? The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, the client is free to contact us to get an update. How will I receive my design project once it is finished? A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD, floppy, or through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or if you lose your copy. Who owns the copyright for work DAG has done for me? Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. We will give you a great deal! How does your logo design process work? We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, our designers make sure they've collected enough information before they begin work. Our logo design service is very flexible. I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me? We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% – 100% on top of the normal price. I don't know where to start. Can you help me? The process begins when you fill out the appropriate Quote Request form. You will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail to be followed by a formal project estimate within one business day. Upon approval of your quote, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated amount prior to beginning work. Payment can be made online by credit card (Visa, Amex, MC, Discover) or an overnight bank check or money order. We also will need to gather a bit of background material needed to produce your project. In most cases we offer a short, step-by-step form that helps you easily organize your information. Most clients appreciate the convenience of this e-mail form, but we can be flexible in how we gather your input. With this information in hand we begin creating the stated number of design options, which will be sent to you in the form of Acrobat pdf files. You can then suggest changes, see revisions, and narrow it to your final, approved project. Upon final completion we request final payment, due upon receipt of final artwork. Payment is fast and easy, and can be made online using a credit card. How long will my project take to complete? Exact turnaround time may vary depending on project scope and complexity.
